Don Khun Huay Women's Project was established in 1993 for a group of unemployed housewives from the village for making of artificial flowers. Don Khun Huay is a very dry area, thus, herbs and spices could be grown. In the year 1996, Don Khun Huay women’s Project began to pay attention to herbal plants such as bell pepper, garlic and pepper. The group members have profited from herb plantation. The group undertook the processes of drying, grinding and pounding. Finally, the capsules were then made by mixing with other herbs, following the FDA standards of Thailand.
